No referral is required. You can book a direct appointment at either clinic. If you have existing reports (blood tests, scans), please bring them — it helps Dr. Angad give you the most accurate diagnosis from the first visit.
For first-time diabetes consultations, a fasting blood sugar (8 hours fasting) is ideal. For thyroid appointments, fasting is not necessary. Bring any recent test reports. Dr. Angad may order specific tests during the visit based on your case.
Yes — very important! Biotin (Vitamin B7) supplements can falsely alter thyroid test results (TSH, T3, T4). Stop Biotin at least 48-72 hours before your thyroid blood test. This is a commonly missed precaution that Dr. Angad always advises.
